Is there parking available?
Yes! Street parking is available right outside the Women’s Club. We recommend parking on Snowden Place (or other nearby side streets). If you need accommodations closer to the venue or have any special needs, please reach out to us in advance so we can help.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
The first floor is fully handicap accessible via the patio door, with a handicap restroom available. The ceremony (5–5:30pm) will be held upstairs, only accessible by stairs; all other events are on the first floor. Please let us know in advance if you need assistance with stairs or other accommodations.
What is the dress code?
Our wedding is semi-formal with a relaxed, autumn vibe. Fall colors are welcome but not required. We encourage you to dress comfortably while keeping it celebratory.
Can I bring a guest?
Please check your invitation to see who was invited. For those with a plus one, the envelope will include “and guest.” If you’d like to bring a guest who isn’t listed or aren’t sure if your invitation included a guest, please contact us in advance.
Is it taking place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the Women’s Club, with plenty of space to celebrate comfortably.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! After the ceremony, we’ll have a cocktail hour with small bites, followed by a full dinner during the reception. Drinks will be available throughout the evening.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Please let us know ahead of time, either in your RSVP or by contacting us directly. We have our own restrictions and would love to make sure we accomodate yours too.
